Boxing is a weight based sport! That is why it is easy for our group to help you get to a weight you want to be. We have the experience, skills and knowledge to get you there.
Bill has over 30 years experience in sports based training and has trained elite champions in boxing. He has worked with some of the best athletes and coaches in the world.
Our “Train Like A Boxer” eight week program (training three days a week) is limited to eight participants in each group with a minimum of two trainers to ensure results.
Boxing has numerous health benefits and is a high intensity, full body workout that will keep you moving the whole time.
